Clarion Partners purchased Shops at MacArthur Hills, a 75K SF neighborhood shopping center in Las Colinas, from Leon Capital Group.

Shops at MacArthur Hills is 100% leased. Clarion Partners purchased the asset clear of existing debt for an undisclosed price.

Anchored by a Whole Foods, the shopping center also holds a Zoës Kitchen, Fidelity Investments, a Sleep Number and a number of other tenants.

HFF’s Ryan Shore, Barry Brown, Jim Batjer and Aaron Johnson represented the seller.

EXECS

Entegra Technologies appointed Scott Boxer to its board of directors. Boxer was previously the president and CEO of Service Experts Inc. He has been in the industry for 30 years.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction hired Peter Dean as special project manager. Dean will lead AP’s tactical solutions team. His projects will be in the $50K to $10M range and focus on both traditional and nontraditional markets. Before joining AP, Dean was pre-construction manager at Austin Commercial. He has been in the construction industry for 13 years.

At Home purchased an 11.1-acre site in Far North Dallas at the southeast corner of George Bush Turnpike and Firewheel Parkway. A 108K SF At Home is slated to open on the site in Q4. JLL’s Michael Meaden and Andrew Wiley along with CBRE’s Rich Flaten represented the partnership selling the land.
