Sales

A Japanese investor purchased an Oak Lawn apartment community. The Herschel Terrace apartments were built in the 1980s at 4047-4049 Herschel. The 12-unit property sold for $250,000 a unit to the Japanese buyer.

Mark Allen and Curtis Hawkins of SVN | Investment Sales Group represented both the Dallas seller and the international buyer in the transaction. "Herschel Terrace was well cared for after 30 years of ownership and is in a pristine location," Allen said in a statement. "Although this was the buyer’s first U.S. purchase, he hopes to continue to grow his portfolio in Dallas."
